Development Committee <br /> December 27 , 1989 <br /> SA-89-45 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The approval will expire in 18 months of the date of approval , <br /> unless: ( 1 ) All Conditions of Approval have been complied with , <br /> (2 ) All necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force , and (3) All necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force . <br /> 1 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The following parking requirements shall be required : <br /> 1 . The parking aisles must be 25 feet wide. <br /> 2 . All parking spaces, driveways and maneuvering areas <br /> must be paved and permanently maintained with <br /> asphalt or concrete ( a minimum of 2 1 /2 inches of <br /> asphaltic concrete paving over 6 inches of rock <br /> base) . Bumper guards must be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent side-walks, structures <br /> or properties. <br /> 3 . All parking stalls and directional arrows must be <br /> delineated with paint. <br /> 4 . The applicant shall provide'211 parking spaces shall <br /> be provided. This number was derived by using the <br /> new draft Development Title and adjusting downward <br /> for this particular use: <br /> Administrative offices <br /> Wholesaling & Dist. <br /> 4 per 1000 Sq . ft. = 19 <br /> Employees . 5 per employee = 100 <br /> Storage & 1 Assem Bldg <br /> . 5 per 1000 Sq . ft. = 92 <br /> Total parking spaces = 211 <br /> *5 . The applicant shall provide 11 truck loading spaces <br /> shall be provided . These spaces shall not interfere <br /> with vehicular circulation or parking, or with <br /> pedestrian circulation . <br /> 6 . All parking and security lighting shall be hooded <br /> and directed to prevent illumination of Harlan Road <br /> or adjacent properties. <br />
