A new septic system installation permit was <br /> issued for the residence in 1994. <br /> ` X3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> ` A septic system was repaired for this residence in 1980. <br /> /3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 2005 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Googlemaps. We counted the <br /> building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
