(3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle,minimum nine(9)feetwide <br /> and twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(7'/z)feet wide <br /> and sixteen(16)feet long and be individually designated as a compact space. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g, LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed according to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided,however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor <br /> storage areas,or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum,a <br /> ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title. At a minimum,four(4)trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout <br /> the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. Any dedications,improvements,or permits for State Route 12 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$148.90 per daily trip- <br /> end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> A credit may be allowed for the existing residence if it can be verified that it has been <br /> occupied on or since April 23, 1990. (Resolution R-96-592) <br /> C. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - UP-99-2 <br />
