ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five <br /> (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall <br /> driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> (1) Access .gates shall be set back a minimum of eighty-seven (87) feet from the existing fence <br /> as shown on the Final Site Plan (received on August 1, 2008). <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, trailers, and <br /> heavy equipment, shall be screened so as not to be visible from State Route 12. Screening <br /> shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. <br /> Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[e]t2][A]) <br /> k.
