r (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code(public water mains). The applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit from the State Water Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. g. Dischargers whose projects disturb one or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than one acre but are part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs one or more acre are required to obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With Construction Activity(Construction General Permit 99-08-DWQ). h. The STAA truck template analysis indicates that the gate into the project truck parking/equipment storage site shall be set back 87 feet from the existing fence line as shown on the Final Site Plan (received onAugust1, 2008). 3.
