r <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code(public water mains). <br /> (2) Location/placement shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (3) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with the California Fire Code. <br /> (4) The type and size shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (5) Location/placement shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (6) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code. <br /> (7) Fire department access must be maintained at all times. Areas associated with"No Parking Fire <br /> Lane" signage may need to be addressed to ensure access. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 953-7621) <br /> a. An encroachment permit from Caltrans shall be required for work within the State right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway and access road shall be designed to truck standards(STAR). <br /> E <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time ofbuilding permit application. The fee currently is$207.97 per daily trip- end generated in <br /> the Lodi area. The total fee due is$72,293.00. The fee is based on the current schedule_ <br /> (Resolution q-00-433) <br /> d. The RegionaE Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee has been determined to be$79,391.54,which <br /> reflects the facility's traffic volume applied to the impact fee rate for facilities designated as Industrial. <br /> The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f. The applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> g. Dischargers whose projects disturb one or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than one <br /> acre but are part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs one or more acre are <br /> required to obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated <br /> With Construction Activity(Construction General Permit 99-08-DWQ). <br /> h. The STAA truck template analysis indicates that the gate into the project truck parking/equipment <br /> storage site shall be set back 87 feet from the existing fence line as shown on the Final Site Plan <br /> (received onAugust1, 2008). <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Escotto, 468-3443) <br /> a. Environmentb.l Health requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage.
