(Development Title Section 9-1075.5[c][2][A]) <br /> f. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with chip seal or alternative surfacing material. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1075.5[i]). <br /> (2) A minimum of thirty-one (31) parking spaces shall be provided in Phase One. No additional <br /> parking spaces are required for Phase Two or Phase Three. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut-off (snipe).
