The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards,and maps of the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. k •-^This finding can be made because Development Title Section 9-235.3[c] permits a legal non- conforming use to be replaced by another non-conforming use'if it is determined that the new use will have no greater impact. The use, as presented in the application,will not have a greater impact than the existing use. 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and proposed roadways. + This finding can be made because the provision of necessary services are Conditions of Approval. 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. • This finding can be made because the Plan demonstrates that all requirements of the zone can be met. 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this item identified no potentially significant public health and safety impacts. 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. • This finding can be made because with the Conditions of Approval the proposed use will not change or interfere with the agricultural and residential uses on adjacent properties.
