The property and <br /> surrounding land consisted of a recently tilled agricultural field. The ground surface was wet from rain <br /> at the time of the site visit. <br /> L <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north, east, and <br /> south of the subject property was the remainder of the agricultural field. To the southeast was a rural <br /> 60 residence with a shop and two above-ground storage tanks.
