The property and surrounding land consisted of a recently tilled agricultural field. The ground surface was wet from rain at the time of the site visit. L Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north, east, and south of the subject property was the remainder of the agricultural field. To the southeast was a rural 60 residence with a shop and two above-ground storage tanks.
