CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-3 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 5. Plantings, excluding trees, shall extend no more than <br /> three feet above any street curb within 15 feet of a <br /> driveway or within 30 feet of a street intersection. <br /> 6. The northern portion of the project site shall be planted <br /> in vegetative cover. <br /> 7 . The following landscaping is required in the open parking <br /> areas: <br /> a. A minimum of 5% of the area must be landscaped. <br /> b. One tree is required for each 10 parking stalls, or <br /> portion thereof. Trees must be selected from the <br /> County' s Approved Tree List. <br /> C. Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of 5-feet-wide. A minimum 18-inch-wide <br /> paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking <br /> stall to allow access to and from vehicles. <br /> b. The gates at the entrances shall be set back a minimum of 25 <br /> feet from the property line along Welty Road. <br /> C. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> d. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> e. A five-foot-wide vegetative screen shall be located between <br /> the existing house and the paved access areas to the <br /> industrial use. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> f. There shall be provided at least two (2) parking spaces for <br /> each three (3) employees working on the employment shift at <br /> which the largest number of employees are hired. In addition, <br /> at least one (1) space for each two hundred and fifty (2 50) <br /> square feet of office area shall be provided. <br />
