The specific project involves the construction of one 900 square foot (sf) office <br /> building in the northern portion of the subject property for a trucking company. One bathroom <br /> will be located in the office building; no shower, laundry or other additional amenities will be .Z <br /> included. There will be up to three permanent on-site employees operating the trucking <br /> _ company office. The office will be open during regular business hours, five days per week, <br /> approximately eight hours per day.
