In discussing sewage disposal in the area with Mr. Terry Piazza, of the Consulting Civil Engineering firm of Baumback & Piazza in Lodi, Engineers for the Saddle City project immediately to your west, he { indicated that they at times also have problems with their septic ' system. They are in the process of having designed for them a package sewage treatment plant to serve their project. As a long-range solution i to your problem, we strongly recommend that you contact Mr. Herman Hance, of Gibraltar Builders, the developers of the project, to discuss the possibilities of tying in with their package treatment plant. His phone number in Stockton is 951-7191. Mr. Piazza indicates they expect the plant to be operating by summer 1985. We prepared the above only as possible temporary solutions and offer no guarantee that they will give you any long-range solution to your problem.
