Prepare a report in accordance with the general format presented in ASTM Standard <br /> 1527-00. <br /> 1.2 SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> The investigation was conducted according to the above-described protocol with no special <br /> terms and/or conditions. <br /> 1.3 LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS OF ASSESSMENT <br /> The investigation was conducted with no limitations and/or exceptions of assessment. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 2.1 LOCA TION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The 79.70-acre property is located at 16848 N. Tully Road at the northwest corner of the <br /> intersection of Tully Road and Sargent Road south of the town of Lockeford, in San Joaquin <br /> County, California. The San Joaquin County parcel number is 053-030-10 and is at Section 6, <br /> Township 3 North, and Range 8 East. The San Joaquin County Assessors map shows the <br /> property as a Williamson Act Parcel. Under the California Land Conservation (Williamson) <br /> Act of 1965, local governments and property owners may voluntarily enter into contracts to <br /> commit land to be an agricultural preserve for a period of 10 or more years. The status of the <br /> contract for the current property is unknown, however, according to the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor office,to terminate the contract requires up to nine years and a significant cancellation <br /> penalty fee.
