Below is a summary of observations recorded during the aerial photograph <br /> review: <br /> DATE SCALE DESCRIPTION <br /> 1953 1:24,000 Subject property and adjacent <br /> property are shown as undeveloped <br /> property. A single structure and a <br /> well are shown on the property <br /> adjacent to Tully Road. <br /> 1968 1:24,000 Subject property and adjacent <br /> property are shown as undeveloped <br /> property. Only the well is shown on <br /> the property. The structure in not <br /> shown. Well shown across Sargent. <br /> 1993 1:24,000 Subject property and adjacent <br /> property are shown as undeveloped. <br /> A tank is indicated on the map <br /> across Paddy Creek, adjacent to <br /> Sargent Road. <br /> Aerial Photographs <br /> _ Historical aerial photographs for the years 1957, 1984, 1993, and 2002 (2002 found by WGR) <br /> were provided to WGR for review by EDR. Below is a summary of observations recorded <br /> during the aerial photograph review. Copies of the aerial photographs are included in <br /> Appendix F. <br /> DATE SCALE DESCRIPTION <br /> 1957 1"=555' Area is agricultural. Nearly the entire subject <br /> property has been planted with a row crop <br /> (presumably a grain). Structures(possibly a home <br /> and outbuildings) appear on the east side of the <br /> property, adjacent to Tully Road. Possible vernal <br /> pool at the south perimeter of the property. <br /> 1984 1"=690' Area is agricultural. The subject property appears <br /> to not be actively farmed. Although blurry, it <br /> appears that the structures on the subject property <br /> still are existent. Paddy Creek has been <br /> straightened on the west end of the site.
