Possible vernal pool at the south perimeter of the property. 1/Historical Fire Insurance Map Search WGR attempted to review SanbornTM Fire Insurance Maps for the area of the subject property. SanbornTM Maps are detailed drawings that show the location and use of structures on a given property during specific years. These maps were originally utilized by insurance companies to assess fire risk, but are now utilized as a valuable source of historical and environmental-risk information. However, according to EDR, no maps were available for the subject property area. A copy of the EDR Sanborn Map Report stating "no coverage" is located in Appendix D. City Directory Abstract WGR attempted to review the City Directory Abstract for the subject property. No listings were available for the subject property or surrounding area.
