The structures on the <br /> east side of the property no longer exist. Possible <br /> vernal pools at the south,west and central areas of <br /> the property. <br /> 2002 Approx. 1"=575' Area is agricultural. The subject property appears <br /> to not be actively farmed. Small structures appear <br /> in the center of the subject property below Paddy <br /> Creek. Possible vernal pool at the south perimeter <br /> of the property. <br /> 1/Historical Fire Insurance Map Search <br /> WGR attempted to review SanbornTM Fire Insurance Maps for the area of the subject <br /> property. SanbornTM Maps are detailed drawings that show the location and use of <br /> structures on a given property during specific years. These maps were originally utilized by <br /> insurance companies to assess fire risk, but are now utilized as a valuable source of <br /> historical and environmental-risk information. However, according to EDR, no maps were <br /> available for the subject property area. A copy of the EDR Sanborn Map Report stating "no <br /> coverage" is located in Appendix D. <br /> City Directory Abstract <br /> WGR attempted to review the City Directory Abstract for the subject property. No listings <br /> were available for the subject property or surrounding area. A copy of the City Abstract <br /> report is included in Appendix D. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Office <br /> WGR reviewed the county assessor's office records for the subject property, parcel 053- <br /> 030-10.
