Materials %, Materials to construct the berm shall consist of the following: soil material shall consist of the material existing in the area, of approved borrow material, or of a combination of these materials proportioned as directed by the engineer. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the drawings and these specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. It is the intent of these specifications to ensure that a first quality finished product is provided. 5.2. Description Of Materials PVC lining shall consist of sheets of manufactured PVC fabricated into large panels by Colorado Lining International, or equivalent. `. The materials supplied under these specifications shall be manufactured specifically for the purposes of this type of work. The liner shall be covered after placement.
