Wastewater Treatment System Now "1 FALL CREEK — Specifications ;O ENGINEERING,INC. 8.1.1. Pump Basin An OSI pump basin model number PB 3066512 shall be installed to house the pump system. The vault shall be 30" in diameter with a 66" vault height. 8.1.2. Pump The simplex effluent pumping system shall consist of an effluent pump with '/2 hp, 115/230 VAC, single phase, 60hz, such as provided by OSI (Model No. PSE 5011), or equivalent. The pumps shall be capable of providing a flow rate of 34 gpm against a total dynamic head of 21.5 ft. Pump shall be UL and/or CSA listed as an effluent pump. 8.1.3. Discharge Hose & Valve Assembly The discharge hose and valves (model no. HV200 B-H41) shall have a 2" diameter. It shall have .. a PVC ball valve rated to 150 psi and a PVC flex hose with working pressure rating of 100 psi. 8.1.4. Electrical Splice Box The splice box shall be UL approved for wet locations, equipped with five electrical cord grips — and a 1" diameter conduit and be factory installed on the risers (OSI MODEL NO. SB 4). — 8.1.5. Pump Float Switch Assembly The pump float assembly shall include three float switches: a high water alarm, an override timer on & off, and a redundant off/low level alarm (OSI Model No. MF3A-YBR 45-PB). The floats �. shall be mounted on a PVC stem via adjustable ABS float collars and must be removable without removing the pump vault. The floats shall be UL and/or CSA listed and shall be rated for 5.OA @ 120VAC. See details for high and low level alarms, on-off function, and color code. %W 8.1.6. Controls and Alarms A simplex control panel Model S I shall control the pump. 8.2. Pump System #2 %W Pump system #2 shall be installed in the wetland effluent pump basin. It will pump the irrigation ` fields and will contain the following components. %W 8.2.1. Biotube Pump Vault. An OSI Biotube pump vault model number PVU66-1819 shall be installed to house the pump system. It shall be able to handle flows over 35 gpm. The vault diameter shall be 12" and the vault height shall be 66". The cartridge height shall be 18" with inlet holes at 19". Minimum access diameter shall be 22" and minimum riser diameter shall be 30". 8.2.2. High-Head Effluent Pump The simplex effluent pumping system shall consist of a high head effluent pump with 3/4 hp, 230 VAC, three-stage, 60hz, such as provided by OSI (Model No. P500712), or equivalent. The pumps shall be capable of providing a flow rate of 16.5 gpm against a total dynamic head of 77 ft. Pump shall be UL and/or CSA listed as an effluent pump. JESSIE's GROVE WINERY 32 MAY 2002
