(1) Cost of signalizing Schulte Road at Lammers Road. The fair share amounts to $146,286.00. (2) Cost of lane addition at Schulte Road and Lammers Road. The fair share amounts to $97,524.00. (3) Cost of signalizing Valpico Road at Lammers Road. The fair share amounts to$47,933.00. (4) Cost of lane addition at Valpico Road and Lammers Road. The fair share amounts to $63,911.00. m. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer and the City shall execute an agreement for service connections and annexation with the City prior to the County's issuance of building permits. n. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer shall connect, in accordance with said agreement, to the City water line for fire flog prior to the County's issuance of a building permit. The applicant shall pay the standard charge for connection and meter to the City and shall build said line in accordance with City standards. o. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer shall pay the cost necessary for the City to analyze the existing water line in Valpico, which contains stagnant water, to ensure that there is adequate fire flow for the project. NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit. 3. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the currentschedule at the time of payment. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.
