The fair share amounts to$47,933.00. <br /> (4) Cost of lane addition at Valpico Road and Lammers Road. The fair share amounts to <br /> $63,911.00. <br /> m. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer and the City shall execute an agreement <br /> for service connections and annexation with the City prior to the County's issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> n. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer shall connect, in accordance with said <br /> agreement, to the City water line for fire flog prior to the County's issuance of a building permit. <br /> The applicant shall pay the standard charge for connection and meter to the City and shall build <br /> said line in accordance with City standards. <br /> o. As required by the City of Tracy, the applicant/developer shall pay the cost necessary for the City <br /> to analyze the existing water line in Valpico, which contains stagnant water, to ensure that there is <br /> adequate fire flow for the project. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 3. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The <br /> fee will be based on the currentschedule at the time of payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems standards <br /> of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel.
