The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> b. An encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation shall be retained on the premises so <br /> as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter-Co(ogne Water Quality Control <br /> Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> b. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount which would preclude <br /> good waste management practices. Applicant shall contact the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board regarding the filing of a Waste Management Report to be <br /> approved by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the <br /> Environmental Health Division (Portion-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, <br /> Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> 4. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The Improvement Plan shall include specific details for proposed drainage and other such <br /> improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. The Improvement Plan <br /> shall be reviewed and approved by the District Engineering Department. <br /> b. Obtain an Encroachment Permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within <br /> any District easement. <br /> C. Obtain a Structure Abandonment Agreement for and remove any service structure which <br /> is no longer needed within the improved site. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-93-0027 <br />
