1 <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (4) A minimum of 25 truck parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> f. LOADING: Fifteen loading spaces shall be provided (i for each 20,000 square feet). Eaph space <br />` shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the <br /> loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.6) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided,however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas(within the project area)not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.) <br /> (2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Twelve trees <br /> shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the new parking lot. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020.6) <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> areas for trash,shall be enclosed by <br /> I and related activities including storage <br /> 1 All storage materia s 9 <br /> ( } g <br /> a screen six(6)to eight(8)feet in height. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]} <br /> j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.7) - <br /> (2) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55)feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) <br /> k. STORAGE: There shall be no outside storage of vehicles or equipment associated with the <br /> operation or maintenance of the approved facility. Storage shall either be within an enclosed <br /> structure or inside a fenced and screened outdoor storage area. In the case of the latter,a six-foot- <br /> high fence and landscape screening elements shall be included on the Site Plan.
