The incident reports discussed have been included in Appendix F of this report. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office8 was contacted regarding use of _ agricultural chemicals on the subject property. According to Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office, no records were found for the subject property for the past five years. ( i 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System Two agricultural wells and one domestic well are located on the subject property. The location of these wells is indicated on the site map (Appendix A). The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on February 13, 2007 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property the following permits were found: Address Date Permit Description 748 S. Main Street August 2, 2002 Septic System Destruction 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 606,' was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No _ wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on February 27, 2007 and March 13, 2007. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix i I> B.
