J . <br /> I. Dedication to result in a 30-foot-wide right of way from the centerline of Walker Lane to the <br /> property line along Lots 1 through 6 shall be required on the Final Map. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.5[b[) <br /> j. The existing and realigned Walker Lane shall be improved on the subdivided side to County <br /> Standards for one-half of a 60-foot wide right of way local collector street. Additionally, the <br /> realigned portion of Walker Lane south of Lot 6 shall be improved to County Standards for a <br /> partial width 60-foot wide right of way local collector street (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1150.2[d]) <br /> k. The existing portion of Walker Lane south of San Remo Street shall be abandoned upon <br /> acceptance of the realigned improvements for the realigned portion of Walker Lane and shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Final Map. <br /> I. The abandoned portion of Walker Lane shall have all necessary utilities relocated to the realigned <br /> Walker Lane, and the area east of the realigned Walker Lane shall be merged to the existing <br /> parcel prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> m. San Remo Street, Meadowood Drive, Ligure Court, and Rapallo Street shall be dedicated on the <br /> Final Map and improved to County Standards for 50-foot right of way local residential streets. <br /> Street names shall be approved by the Community Development Department prior to approval of <br /> the Improvement Plan or Final Map. <br /> n. Dedication to result in a 42-foot wine right of way from the centerline of Main Street to the <br /> property line shall be required on the Final Map and improved on the subdivided side to County <br /> Standards for an 84-foot right of way minor arterial street. Sidewalk width shall be extended to <br /> the right of way line. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5[b]) <br /> o. Adjustment to improvements shall be made to provide for two-way traffic and for temporary cul- <br /> de-sacs as well as utility systems modification to conform to County Standards where the <br /> subdivision is to be recorded in phases. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> p. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to <br /> provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Storm drainage service shall be provided by CSA <br /> 41. Annexation to CSA 41 will be required and will be subject to approval and fees from LAFCO <br /> and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> q. The project should be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health and Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire <br /> water supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire <br /> district. Water service shall be provided by California Water Service (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2) <br /> r. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public Works. Sanitary sewer <br /> service shall be provided by the City of Stockton. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> s. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the frontage of Walker Lane, Main Street, <br /> Rapallo Street and Sam Remo Street, and at the intersection of Walker Lane and Sam Remo <br /> Street, Walker Lane and Meadowood Drive, San Remo Street and Rapallo Street, Rapallo Street <br /> and Meadowood Drive, and at Ligure Court.
