I.
upon me direct financial liabilities, but theydepreciate my
property due to the obscene and imposing presence of his
dilapidated and antiquated equipment ',on the property
adjoining my property, which I am trying to improve.
Particularly frustrating for me is the fact that it has been
explained to me that his leasing of said property is illegal ,
but it continues.
In addition, I explained to you that ;;there is a strong
possibility that pollutants are being stored because of the
presence of large barrels and containers laying about the
area. You should also know that Mr. :'Coulter is storing more
equipment explaining that he is cleaning his yard in
preparation of his application approval. He did the same
thing when his application number-UP-;78-0009 was under review
in February/March of 1993 . As explained, he appears to be
less than honest in his dealings with the county and his
activities puts me in jeopardy.
I hoped to be brief, but there are numerous issues, which are
not easily addressed in a single letter. Thisjmatter
requires an investigation, which I hoped would occur under
the circumstances. And a full report should be prepared
regarding this matter. It is time the county took control of
this matter and meet its public responsibility.; Because from
this time forward should I have to contend with this matter
legally, financially or incur personal detriment due to
retaliation I will hold you, your committee, the Planning
Commission and the County responsible'.
Therefore, I am asking you and all parties who receive this
letter to seriously investigate this matter. Ilook forward 1
to your response as I look forward to the response of other
responsible officials and citizens receiving this letter. r
Sincerely,
I
ohn Pryor
CC.
