h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be 40 feet maximum. The <br /> design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development TAle Section 9-505.7) <br /> (2) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of 55 feet wide. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) <br /> (3) The south end of the paved area shall be barricaded to prevent trucks from <br /> parking in other than designated spaces. <br /> i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, one of which shall be a monument sign <br /> located on Walnut Grove Road and the other a pole sign oriented toward Interstate 5, <br /> shall be permitted for the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710.4[e]). Signa <br /> details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut-off (snipe). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1717.2[g]) <br /> j. NOISE LEVEL: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[x]) <br /> (2) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> 2. FIRE MARSHAL: (Staff Contact: Steve Dalton, 468-2229) <br /> a. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of public water mains <br /> (Appendix 111-A of the Uniform Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix 111-13 of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the Sara Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Fire department6 access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. <br /> A knox box key box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the Califomia Fire Code, <br /> Volume 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> Conditions of Approval -3 - UP-96-7 `� <br />
