h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be 40 feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development TAle Section 9-505.7) (2) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of 55 feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) (3) The south end of the paved area shall be barricaded to prevent trucks from parking in other than designated spaces. i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, one of which shall be a monument sign located on Walnut Grove Road and the other a pole sign oriented toward Interstate 5, shall be permitted for the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710.4[e]). Signa details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five feet from any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1717.2[g]) j. NOISE LEVEL: The following noise regulations apply to this project: (1) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[x]) (2) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- 1025.9 of the Development Title. 2. FIRE MARSHAL: (Staff Contact: Steve Dalton, 468-2229) a. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of public water mains (Appendix 111-A of the Uniform Fire Code). (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix 111-13 of the Uniform Fire Code. (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the Sara Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. (4) Fire department6 access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box key box shall be installed according to fire department instructions.
