(District 2) <br /> APPLICANT: Joe Budiselich, et al APN: 101-021-34, 39, 49, 50, 51 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 34 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways areas, are <br /> currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Waterloo Road (State Highway 88) has an existing right-of-way width <br /> of 110 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> Wilcox Road has an existing right-of-way width of 74 & 84 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
