This pre-application was never submitted for a full application as the <br /> ;.applicant was unable to obtain a scientific engineering study stating the significant impacts <br /> described in the El from SU-89-0008 were'mitigated. <br /> Water System y <br /> I' Development Title Section 9-1120.4(a) states that rural subdivisions with parcels two acres or <br /> "larger shall be served by a public water system except that if there is no public water system <br /> within'seven hundred (700) feet the subdivision may use an on-site well system subject to the <br /> provisions of Section 9-1120.2. The 65 AB contour line along State Route 132 is located <br /> 340 feet from the side of the road. The proposed Lots #4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 may be significantly <br /> impacted by transportation noise from State Route 132. The 65dB contour line along State <br /> Route 33 is located 97 feet from the side of the road. The proposed Lots #10, 11, and 12 may <br /> be significantly impacted by transportation noise from State Route 33. Due to the project's close <br /> proximity to State Route 132 and State Route 33, an acoustical study will be required, if a,full <br /> application is submitted.
