UP-99-14 OF GREWAL GURINDER <br /> (C/O PASTOR TIM POLLACK) <br /> The applicant is requesting the approval of new regional church facility to include a <br /> fellowship hall, staff housing, K-12 private school, and athletic facilities. The facility will <br /> be operating Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The project is to be <br /> developed in three phases. The applicant is proposing that the project be phased over <br /> a time frame of twenty years. The Community Development Department is <br /> recommending that phasing be approved for up to eight (8) years. <br /> The proposed project location is on the west side of West Lane, 3,900-feet north of Eight <br /> Mile Road, north of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has received two letters of opposition from <br /> neighboring property owners. An increase in traffic is the main point of opposition. These <br /> letters are attached. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project, and will <br /> be recommending that it be approved, subject to the following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The <br /> effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and <br /> remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
