COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-94-9 <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $252 . 00 per single 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" . The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6.
