COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-94-9 <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $252 . 00 per single 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" . The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for <br /> the development. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> 7 . The project shall be connected to a public water system. A <br /> "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service Company <br /> shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 8 . The project shall be served by a public sewer system. The City <br /> of Stockton shall verify that the existing allocated Right of <br /> Service Units (R.O.S.U. ) for sanitary sewer is enough for the <br /> proposed use prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> Approvals for sewer hook-up from City of Stockton and County <br /> will be required prior to issue building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105. 3) <br /> c: Manuel Lopez <br /> Deputy Director/Development <br /> 3 <br />
