f. The applicant shall contact and obtain permits for the recreational vehicle park from the State <br /> Department of Housing and Community Development. <br /> g. Environmental Health requires the existing agricultural wells to be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection prior to final occupancy. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5[e]) <br /> h. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c] [5]). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100 percent designed sewage disposal area replacement area. <br /> i. Construct water well under permit and inspection of Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceeds four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by Environmental Health (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> j. A test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> (1) Water quality tested to meet the requirements of Title 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act). <br /> (2) Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> (3) Results approved by Environmental Health and Public Works prior to approval of the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> k. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system (California Code of <br /> Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603). <br /> I. Submit three sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to Environmental Health for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits (Code of Regulations, Title 22, Section 65505) <br /> m. Submit three sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and approval prior to <br /> issuance of building permits (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> n. Any geotechn,ical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental Health <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> o. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> p. The waste water treatment facility shall be located along the eastern property line. <br /> 4. STATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD CENTRAL VALLEY REGION (Staff <br /> Contact: Timothy O'Brien, 916-464-4616) <br /> a. If wastewater,is generated and treated, stored, or disposed on the site, other than in septic systems <br /> for which the Board has delegated oversight to the County, then Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (WDRs)will be required.
