The frontage improvements for Woodbridge Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards <br /> for one-half of a sixty(60) foot right-of-way collector street. The frontage improvements for State Highway Route 99 East Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a sixty(60)foot right-of-way collector street. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 7. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,346.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service Commercial in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
