September 30, 2007 NOA Project Number: E07147A '/3.2 On-Site Septic System Permit History Please see section 3.1 for septic system permit history details. 3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History Please see section 3.1 for septic system repair permit history details. 3.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from Googlemaps.comTM. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 30 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the site. The general area consists of agriculture with a few residences. X3.5 Septic System Permit History in the Vicinity The septic systems in the area appear to utilize leach lines, pits and sumps. Please see the attached permits in the back of this report. 3.6 Septic System Repair Permit History in the Vicinity The septic system repairs in the area appear to be for the addition of leach lines, pits and sumps. ✓3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage According to the property manager,Jerry Greenmayer, and a tentative site plan provided by Mike Smith Engineering, the property will be used as a recreational vehicle park. The map shows that there will be 147 parking spaces available for recreational vehicles. The site will be served with an on-site wastewater treatment system which will use filter beds for effluent disposal. The size of these beds will affect the number of available recreational vehicle spaces on the property. System design should be based on the On-Site 1Vastewater Disposal Standards or other engineering recommendations. - , r 3
