y v
The test for Parcel 1 was conducted on Feb 3, 2005 beginning at 1000 hours. Two holes were
hand augured on Jan. 31, 2005 and the 24 hour pre-soak began on l:eb.2 at 1000 hours. The hole
was dry after the 24 hour presoak period. Procedure 3 was complied with and verified by the
Inspector. All tests were satisfactory as indicated on the required test forms signed by Earnest
Smith and Lisa Medina. The rate was based on the last reading of each hole. The included hole
preparation sheet (shallow holes) depicts the status of the hole as prepared for testing. The soil
appears to be homogenous throughout the parcels and can be expected to satisfactorily support
the on site septic system for each single family residence. If two residences are constructed on
each parcel, each residence should have an on site septic tank and leach field.
' CONCLUSION
The testing conducted, field exploration and research completed are highly indicative of
satisfactory soil for residential on site septic purposes. The installation of the on site septic
systems should serve satisfactorily, without any adverse environmental conditions, for a single
family residence when installed in accordance with existing ordinances and regulations of the
EHD of San Joaquin County,
LIMITATIONS
No warranties, expressed or implied are associated with this report.
Attachments
Test Hole Preparation Sheet
Aerial, Planning Dept., SJC
Photograph, 1983
Percolation Tests
FarWest Lab Water Test Report
Property Profile, Assessor
Assessor Parcel Map
USGS Map
Groundwater Depth Curves
_ Sanitation Permits (EHD)
Chemical Use Reports
Surveyor Map, LLA
3.
