Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br />that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br />Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $210.00 must be paid at time <br />of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />County prior to approval. A percolati on test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br />tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br />required for each parcel. A permit fee of $105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />B. Prior to Final Occupancy, applicant shall stake out septic system/leach field to determine <br />compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be completed under a <br />consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the <br />consultation permit is $210.00 (San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br />C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br />Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br />1110.4). <br />
