d' <br /> (4) Before grading operations may commence, a'minimum five (5) foot high chain link fence or <br /> other comparable protective fencing shall be installed at the outermost edge of the protected <br /> zone of each tree or group of trees (Development Title Section 9-1505.5[b]). <br /> (5) No trenching whatsoever shall be allowed within the protected zone of subject trees <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1505.5[c]). <br /> (6) Paving within the dripline of affected trees shall be minimized. If paving is necessary, porous <br /> materials shall be used (Development Title Section 9-1505.5[e]). <br /> I. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a F1 occupancy (U.B.C. <br /> structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> Section X405 . Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. The,slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. Provide one van parking space. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> (4) Provide engineered plans for occupancy change, accessible restrooms and parking. <br /> 2.
