The arithmetic mean biochemical oxygen demand (5-day) and suspended <br /> solids in effluent samples collected in a period of 30 consecutive <br /> days shall not exceed 15 percent of the arithmetic mean of the values <br /> for influent samples collected at approximately the same times during <br /> the same period (85 percent removal) . <br /> 4. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br /> 5. The 30-day average dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed 6.4 mgd <br /> (280 1/sec) <br /> 6. Bypass or overflow of untreate or partially treated waste is prohibited. <br />
