6. Last rounds should be performed no sooner than 2130 hours. Be sure that all plant <br /> doors are locked. <br /> 7. Check irrigation, tailwater, circulation pumps, pond structures and ponds at least <br /> twice per shift. <br /> WEEKLY OPERATOR DUTIES <br /> 1. Check zero on CL2 analyzers. <br /> 2. Run D.O.s on aeration system. This includes cleaning D.O. probe membranes. <br /> 3. Check and record pond freeboards. <br /> 4. Calibrate the Royce S.S. meter. <br /> 5. Run aeration tank D.O. profiles. This also includes cleaning and checking calibration <br /> of D.O. meters. <br /> MONTHLY OPERATOR DUTIES <br /> 1. Change charts on MIP. <br /> 2. Record D.O., pH, and storage volume on storage ponds. <br /> 3. Start new meter reading, primary sludge, and CL2/SO2 residual sheets. <br /> 4. Make sure all safety inspections are complete i.e. storm water, respirator, and air <br /> packs. <br /> 5. Record remote totalizers. <br /> MONTHLY SWING SHIFT DUTIES <br /> 1. Inspect fire extinguishers. Be sure to sign off tags on extinguishers. <br /> 2. Add 4 lbs. HTH to well first night, 2 lbs. the second night. <br /> 3.
