San Joaquin Street
Stockton, CA 95201
Subject: Schedule for Slug Test and Vapor Extraction Test
204 E. Lodi Avenue
Lodi, CA
Dear Ms. Meays:
- - Approval 't6-'schedule ~the vapor' extraction and slug testsat the -
referenced site was received from our client, Mrs. Mary Lehr, on
October 21, 1993 . Apparently, she was given incorrect information
at '' the Regional Board; she had been told that the proposed work
would have to go out to bid in order to be in compliance. After
ch6cking with her attorney and asking for a more detailed
itemization of the estimated costs, she re-contacted the Board and
was told that it would not be necessary to bid the work.
Unfortunately, I will be away at a geological convention during the
last week of October and will. be unable to schedule the work during
that time. We are currently servicing our vapor extraction unit and
it 'should be ready for a test by mid-November. Tentatively, I have
scheduled the test for November 16; I will confirm the date when I
return from Boston.
Sincerely,
w
Victor Cherven, Ph.
