Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California <br /> Dear Ms. Meays: <br /> This leiter is to confirm items discussed during a inecting at the referenced Site on 28 February 1997. <br /> The I'll,eting was attended by Mary Meays and Margaret Lagorlo of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services - Environrriental Health Division (PHS-FUD) and Kevin McKibben and Bob Marty <br /> of AcNanceti Cie o Envi ronrilental., Inc. (AGE). <br /> A request was made to include results of the confirmatory probing conducted on 26 Febivary '1997 <br /> in the Quarterly Report containing the procedures and findings from the January 1997 ground water <br /> monitoring, Several other iteills discussed below were also requested to be included in this report. <br /> However, this Quarterly Report bas already been prepared and released to the client for review. <br /> Therefore, a draft report containing the aforementioned iternsxill.be prepared and submitted to your <br /> office by 04 April 1997. Final reporting of the items "III be included in the Quarterly Report - April <br /> 1997. which should hP conipleted by 30 April 1997. <br /> 1 r <br /> The following items were discussed during the 28 February 1997 meeting: <br /> 1. Samples collected from probings P4 at depths of 15, 20, 25 and 45 feet and from probing P5 <br /> at depths of 10, 20, 25, 40, 45, 50 and 55 feet will undergo analysis for TPH-g, BTE&X and <br /> NITBE, <br /> 2. Samples collected from probing P4 at depths of 35 and 50 feet will be analyzed for <br /> geotechnical parameters, including porosity, permeability and dry weight density. Samples <br /> I permeability -- <br /> collected frog probing P4 at depths of 30 and 55 feet will be analyzed fcr total organic <br /> carbon (TOC). <br /> 3.
