SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been historically utilized for storage and light commercial/industrial <br /> railroad services. The current structure (modular office building) was erected on the in <br /> November 2018. The property is situated on the eastern edge of Stockton, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the California Water Service <br /> Company's water well system. The connection from the modular office to the existing <br /> septic will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system is located approximately 100 feet west-southwest from the <br /> existing structure on the property. The septic system will be utilized 365 days a year by <br /> the existing structure. There are no additional septic systems proposed to be installed at <br /> the property. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the existing structure consists of a 1,600-gallon septic tank, <br /> four seepage pits, and two 40-foot long leach lines. The septic tank and leach lines are <br /> located to the west of the structure on the property. The system is being used <br /> 24 hours/day and 365 days/year by three people in 12-hour shifts. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> Only one septic permit is on record at EHD. The permit on record for 1177 Stokes Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California, indicated that in 2006 the septic system as described above was <br /> installed (Appendix B). <br />
