Premises . Owner owns that certain real property <br /> located in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, and <br /> more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Lease <br /> and incorporated in this Lease by reference. The Property is <br /> referred to as the "Property. " Owner leases to Lessee and Lessee <br /> leases from Owner the Property and all easements , rights , <br /> appurtenances, and hereditaments relating to, appurtenant to, and <br /> used or intended to be used in connection with the Property in <br /> accordance with the terms and provisions of this Lease. Lessee <br /> hereby acknowledges that before entering into this Lease, it has <br /> inspected and is fully familiar with the Property.
