Owner and Lessee entered into an Amended and <br /> Restated Lease Agreement dated October 1 , 1988 , affecting the <br /> Property. <br /> F. Owner and Lessee entered into an amendment to the <br /> Amended and Restated Lease Agreement dated November 2, 1988 , <br /> affecting the Property. <br /> G. Owner and Lessee desire to amend and restate the <br /> terms of the Original Lease as subsequently amended, as provided <br /> in this Lease. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 . Premises . Owner owns that certain real property <br /> located in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, and <br /> more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Lease <br /> and incorporated in this Lease by reference. The Property is <br /> referred to as the "Property.
