Halloum APNs: 055-160-19, 055-160-21, <br /> 055-160-45, 055-160-52, <br /> 055-160-53 and 055-160-54 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. In addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas,are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation <br /> is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency,Region IX,Building 105,Presidio <br /> of San Francisco, California 94129-1250,telephone(415)923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Flag City Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. De Broggi Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 60 feet and 80 feet. Banner Street has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br />
