In addition, the existing <br /> San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may <br /> delineate additional flood risks . The official flood maps are available <br /> for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process <br /> is completed. <br /> Thirteenth Street has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed.
