Development Committee -2- <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler <br /> Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> PERMIT" . The Site Plan required as a part of the building <br /> permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway <br /> access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, <br /> signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading <br /> (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details) . A fee is <br /> required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-884) <br /> b. USE RESTRICTIONS: The following use restrictions apply: <br /> (1) No permanent residency shall be permitted except for a <br /> caretaker or manager. <br /> (2) The recreational vehicle park shall have no <br /> conventionally constructed buildings other than the <br /> following: <br /> A. Recreational buildings. <br /> B. Accessory commercial buildings as permitted by the <br /> Planning Commission. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040. 6) <br /> (3) A recreational vehicle park shall have no mobilehomes <br /> other than one (1) for the use of a caretaker or manager. <br /> A. The site for the mobile home shall comply with the <br /> provisions of Section 9-1040. 4 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> B. If a mobilehome is used to provide housing for a <br /> caretaker or manager, a conventional single family <br /> dwelling for the use of a caretaker or manager <br /> shall not be permitted. <br /> (4) There shall be no commercial uses or activities within <br /> the park except those specifically permitted by this <br /> approval. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br />
