Development Committee -2- 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT" . The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details) . A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) b. USE RESTRICTIONS: The following use restrictions apply: (1) No permanent residency shall be permitted except for a caretaker or manager. (2) The recreational vehicle park shall have no conventionally constructed buildings other than the following: A. Recreational buildings. B. Accessory commercial buildings as permitted by the Planning Commission. (Development Title Section 9- 1040. 6) (3) A recreational vehicle park shall have no mobilehomes other than one (1) for the use of a caretaker or manager. A. The site for the mobile home shall comply with the provisions of Section 9-1040. 4 of the Development Title. B. If a mobilehome is used to provide housing for a caretaker or manager, a conventional single family dwelling for the use of a caretaker or manager shall not be permitted. (4) There shall be no commercial uses or activities within the park except those specifically permitted by this approval. C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code)
