pond can be seen at the southwest corner of the Site. New land to the north of
the Site is now irrigated as well.
The scale of the 1975 photo is such that identifying site-specific details is difficult.
A new home can be seen adjacent to the north of the Site. No other specific
changes are apparent from the previous photo.
In the 1993 photo, the Site appears much as it does today. The house, large
pole barn, two smaller barns, garage, two mobile homes, and shop can be seen
in their current positions. A bridge can be seen crossing the creek in its current
location. A corral enclosure is located to the southwest of the large pole barn. A
large pond can be seen to the southwest of the structures.
In the 2003 photo, a small structure or object can be seen to the southeast of the
corral. A new home can be seen to the northwest of the Site. No other
significant changes are apparent.
In the 2007 photo, the new structure or object observed in the previous photo can
no longer be seen. A new barn can be seen to the south of the easternmost
mobile home. The adjacent properties to the northeast, west, and southeast now
appear to be vineyards.
In the 2014 photo, the final mobile home can be seen to the west of the newest
barn. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 2018 photo, one of the mobile homes on the eastern side of the building
cluster has been removed. No other significant changes are apparent.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on August 30, 2019. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site (except the
northern property line) and the exteriors of the structures were observed; the
interiors of the structures were not inspected, except where visible from the
outside.
The Site consists of pasture land crossed by a seasonal creek. The southern
portion of the Site is irrigated land with grazing cattle. A building cluster located
near the center of the Site is accessed by a driveway from Disch Road, including
a bridge across the creek. Two ponds are located on the Site, a large pond near
the center of the west side of the Site and a small irrigation return pond at the
southwest corner of the Site.
LOGE 1940 3
