A large wooded area is depicted in the <br /> southwestern portion of the property along the Mokelumne River, with a few small wooded areas <br /> depicted in other areas in the western portion of the property. Two large river beds identified as <br /> Tracy Lake are depicted on the subject property. A levee and a few ponds are depicted in the <br /> northwestern portion of the property. The remainder of the subject property is depicted as <br /> undeveloped land. <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An interview was conducted with Mr. David Fisher, an owner of the subject property. Mr. Fisher <br /> indicated that he has been involved with the subject property since approximately 1989, and that the <br /> property was previously owned by the Brovelli family. Mr. Fisher indicated that a mobile home is <br /> located on the northeastern portion of the subject property along West Forest Lake Road which <br /> houses the security guard. Mr. Fisher stated that the property will remain as open grazing land and <br /> vineyards for the foreseeable future. To the best of Mr. Fisher's knowledge the subject property was <br /> used in the past as cattle grazing land and that the Tracy Lake beds had been periodically drained and <br /> planted in sudan grass. Mr. Fisher indicated that he knows of no underground storage tanks, above <br /> ground storage tanks, hazardous materials storage, generation or disposal, or hazardous materials <br /> spills on the subject property during his ownership. Mr. Fisher did indicate that the previous owner <br /> had buried his household garbage in the wooded area located in the southwestern portion of the <br /> subject property. Mr. Fisher also indicated that there is an irrigation well used for the vineyard, and <br /> a domestic well and septic system utilized by the security guard living in the mobile home. Both <br /> wells are located near the northeastern portion of the subject property along West Forest Lake Road. <br /> An interview was conducted with Mr. Rob Kammerer, the tenant farmer under a lease agreement <br /> with Brovelli Woods Vineyards, L.P. Mr. Kammerer indicated that he has been in charge of the <br /> vineyards on the subject property since January 1999. Mr. Kammerer indicated that he applies <br /> sulphur and Roundup to the vineyards located on the subject property. Mr. Kammerer also indicated <br /> that he does not store the sulphur and Roundup on the subject property; however,he does field mix <br /> the products in the areas where they are applied. <br /> NOA Environmental attempted to conduct an interview with Mr. Pat McCarty,the previous tenant <br /> farmer. However, Mr. Pat McCarty declined to be interviewed. <br /> 10 <br />
