Mr.Jolley <br /> February 13, 2020 <br /> Page 14 of 15 <br /> Task 211:AB 52 Tribal Coordination Support <br /> ECORP will assist the County of San Joaquin (County) in consulting with California Native American tribes <br /> under Assembly Bill 52 (AB 52). ECORP will draft all required notification letters, coordinate tribal <br /> meetings, maintain the AB 52 administrative record, and provide technical support to the County in <br /> determining whether or not Tribal Cultural Resources will be significantly impacted by the project. ECORP <br /> will document the consultation process and comments discussed and advise the County on how to reach <br /> a conclusion to the consultation, as specified by AB 52. <br /> This cost estimate is provided on a time and materials, "best efforts" basis.If the consultation requests <br /> from the tribes will require more effort that will exceed the budget provided herein, then a contract <br /> amendment would be required to complete the scope and AB 52 consultation. <br /> Task 21: Water Supply Assessment <br /> ECORP will prepare a Water Supply Assessment (WSA) for the project consistent with SB 610 and SB 1262 <br /> and in accordance with the October 2003 Guidebook for Implementation of Senate Bill 610 and Senate <br /> Bill 221 of 2001 to Assist Water Suppliers, Cities, and Counties in Integrating Water and Land Use <br /> Planning, published by the California Department of Water Resources . SB 1262 requires the WSA to <br /> identify any water systems adjacent to the project site and to incorporate consideration of the <br /> requirements of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014 (SGMA). Potential regulations <br /> and restrictions related to water use in the San Joaquin County General Plan —Water Element and in the <br /> County Ordinance Code related to groundwater, geologic hazards, and water well regulations will also be <br /> identified. The WSA will include the following: <br /> The scope of work to prepare the WSA includes the following: <br /> Determination of SB 610 applicability and format of the assessment (statutory requirement per <br /> the DWR Guidebook); <br /> Documenting the source of the water supply, based on existing information and the evaluation of <br /> additional information related to the groundwater basin; <br /> Identifying any adjacent water systems and the status of SGMA implementation in San Joaquin <br /> County, per SB 1262; <br /> Documenting project demand for the next 20 years, based on the final site facilities and size, per <br /> SB 610; <br /> Documenting dry year supply for a single dry year and for multiple dry years. This will be <br /> conducted by evaluating records of annual rainfall to identify conditions for one-year and multi- <br /> year dry periods.
