h11 KLEINFELDER <br /> 5 REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results collected during the <br /> installation event, a report of findings for the drilling of the soil boring and laboratory analytical <br /> report will be written. The investigation report will include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results <br /> • A graphical representation of soil sampling locations <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory j <br /> work <br /> • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br /> All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be <br /> released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law <br /> requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an <br /> immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
