REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-31 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $4 , 874 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as "Retial/Service" in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record on July 1 of each <br /> year. <br /> e. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of the building permit application. (The fee is <br /> $207 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail/Service" . The fee shall automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. other ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division. <br />
