In a recent telephone <br /> conversation, Ms. Davidova had indicated that in order to make a final decision, she will need from San <br /> Joaquin County an explanation for the following items:= <br /> 1) Rationale for testing for petroleum oxygenates; <br /> 2) Rationale for testing for BOD/COD. <br /> In addition to s the above, Ms. Davidova had disallowed monthly monitoring and associated JJW <br /> Geosciences consulting time. We had included these services and costs to help us'in evaluating the <br /> ongoing potency of the ORC, and in determining the effective duration of the ORC.
