Forward General Plan Application No. GP-98-6 to the Board of Supervisors with a <br /> recommendation for approval based upon the ability to make the required "Basis for <br /> General Plan Amendment;" and <br /> 3. Forward Zone Reclassification Application No. ZR-00-6 to the Board of Supervisors with <br /> a recommendation for approval based upon the ability to make the required "Bases for <br /> Zone Reclassification." <br /> Basis for General Plan Amendment <br /> 1. The internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> Amendment. <br /> this daterrainatioi- ca. z! =:Ld--bacause the existing land use is consistent <br /> with the developmental and locational criteria of the Limited Industrial land <br /> use designation contained in Volume I of the General Plan. <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification <br /> 1. The proposed zone district is consistent with the General Plan,any applicable Master Plan,and <br /> any applicable Specific Plan. <br /> • This determination can be made because I-W is a consistent implementing zone for the <br /> Limited Industrial(I/L) land use designation. <br /> 2.
