The driveways shall be constructed with a minimum of 1 1/2 <br /> inches of asphalt concrete over 6 inches of aggregate base from <br /> the existing pavement of Victory Road to every dwelling unit. <br /> The width and turn-around requirements shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10. 207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc <br /> and the Escalon Fire District prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit.
